The experience has left the girl haunted, grim but efficient in her approach with her duties to the world and her peers. While her youth might drive some to regard her with a level of skepticism, her maturity and professionalism towards her role as Medicus would prove otherwise.

Description

Practical, this was often used to describe the young woman, kept in an orderly and immaculate fashion. Not a single hair was out of place, nor a wrinkle or a scratch in whatever manner of apparel in which she could be found. She beheld a calm and composed posture, poised and disciplined, the same qualities mirrored within her own expressions, though they were not bereft of compassion.Her youth was undeniable; fair of complexion and seemingly void of any noticeable scarring, it was questionable whether or not she had ever seen true battle. Pristine, snowy white tresses were cut to rest at her chin, maintaining an air of propriety while allowing for function, framing kind and unassuming lavender eyes. She bore very little in the form of trinkets or jewelry, simple earrings here or there and a thin silver chain bearing a medallion; the details of which could not be seen, held frequently in her grasp or tucked away beneath her attire. A small button nose and high cheekbones spoke of her high birth and natural beauty but despite her fair features the lack of cosmetics was apparent, kept simple and clean instead in the form of some liner or a touch of gloss to her lips given appropriate occasion.The most striking feature of this young woman was not in her own appearances or demeanor, but within that of the quality of her attire, often putting to rest the notion of her unfamiliarity with war. The collection was immaculate and clearly maintained with a dedicated hand. Metal plates transfixed to dark leathers shone brilliantly, embellished by Magitek visors and tactical devices. A dark barrelled rifle may often be found strapped across her back when in the field, along with a leather messenger bag bearing an emblem indicative of a medicus.

Personality

Kieryn may come across as a touch quirky, always with her nose in a book or some manner of machinery, a pen or some tool caught between her teeth, almost oblivious to those around her until called to attention. She is incredibly dedicated to her work, often to a fault resulting in forgetfulness in regards to eating or sleeping.

Wounds of War
When civil war struck in the city, Kieryn was caught in the middle of it, driven out of the military hospital into war torn streets and underground safehouses. She strove to help all that she could, civilians and soldiers alike, treating wounds even as supplies began to dwindle. Though they held out as long as they could, eventually her and her small retinue fell to tempering, recovered by the contingent and sent to Gridania for treatment in the aftermath.Picking up the Pieces
Following her recovery, Kieryn has ventured home, finding refuge in Tertium on the advice of her brother, to lend aid to the efforts of their people in rebuilding and finding a new foot forward. There she has enlisted in the IIIrd once more, dedicating her talents to support the medical team and try her hand at recovering and repairing medical equipment.
